How to Redeem Your Season Pass

Check your confirmation email after purchasing your Season Pass — it contains everything you need to get started. From there, follow the steps below.

1. Set Up Your Account

Click the link in your confirmation email that reads "Click here to finish setting up your account…" — found just below the "View Order Details" button.

Already have an account? Head to the Tickets page via the "Tickets" button at the top of this page, and log in using the button on the top right of that page.

2. Create Your Passholder Account

Fill in your information to create your account. Important: Use the same email address associated with your Season Pass purchase.

3. Navigate to Ticket Packages

Once logged in, select "Redeem your package/subscription for tickets to an event >>" at the bottom of your account dashboard.

4. Select Your Show

You'll see your Season Pass listed with a dropdown menu. Select the show you'd like to redeem. SistahFriend is available now — early access to African Stew begins June 2026 and Soulful Christmas in September 2026. You will be notified when your early access seating is available.

5. Choose Your Date & Check Out

Select your preferred date and seats, then choose the Season Pass ticket type (listed at $0.00) and proceed to checkout as normal. Additional tickets may be purchased at regular price during checkout.

6. Save Your Ticket Confirmation

After checkout, you'll receive a new email with your individual show tickets. Bring this confirmation to the theatre — not your original Season Pass receipt.
