The health and safety of our patrons, performers, crew, and staff is our top priority.

 

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Lorraine Hansberry Theatre continues to follow the advice and guidance of The City and County of San Francisco, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Patrons are encouraged to check back on our website for any changes to this guidance prior to arriving at any performance.

 

MASKS

Masks are currently optional for all LHT performances; however, will continue to review and revise our safety protocols based on the advice of medical experts, government guidance, and evolving circumstances. 

 

VACCINATION

While we strongly encourage all patrons to be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 when attending our performances, we no longer require patrons to show proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend our performances. LHT artists and staff members undergo regular testing throughout the process. Performers will be unmasked during the performance.

 

AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM 

Air Filtration Systems are present in all performance spaces, the lobby, and backstage areas.

 

CONCESSIONS

Limited concessions will be available for purchase prior to each performance. These items must be consumed prior to taking your seat in the auditorium. 

 

YOUR HEALTH

Please self-assess your health before leaving home. If you are feeling unwell, have a fever of 100.4 or higher, or are showing signs of an illness (headache, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste or smell) please STAY HOME and rest. If patrons need to reapply their tickets to a different performance, please contact boxoffice@lhtsf.org.
