Dear Patrons,

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus - COVID 19, the Mayor of San Francisco has issued a directive prohibiting all mass (50+) gatherings in City-owned buildings. Our performance space, the Buriel Clay Theater, located in the African American Art and Culture Complex, is located in a City-owned facility and is closed for at least two weeks, beginning March 9 through March 21, or until further notice, depending on the situation with the coronavirus. If this time period is shortened or extended, we will notify you immediately.

What LHT is doing:
1. We have canceled and suspended ticket sales for all performances, March 13 - 29.
2. If there are no further City-mandated closures, we plan to extend the run of Intimate Apparel,
(dates TBD).
3. If you have already purchased your tickets, we are requesting that you do one the following:
a. reschedule for next performance (TBD).
b. donate your ticket purchase.
c. request a refund.

Please call our box office, 415-474-8800, leave a message, and let us know what you decide. We will be reaching out to all patrons who have already purchased tickets.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate this event. The wellbeing of our patrons, artists, and staff is paramount and we will continue to pursue all necessary means to ensure your safety.

Sincerely,

Darryl V. Jones
